For Customers... Exchange customers are able to find what they need quickly, with assistance if desired, because the clothing and displays are carefully tagged and organized. All items are inspected for flaws, stains, tears, and missing buttons, before they are steamed and placed on the floor. Customers can shop with assurance, knowing the items they purchase are in good condition. For Consignors... Consignors are given a list of all items they bring to consign, as well as an update each month showing which items have sold. Consignors bring in items by appointment only, so that each item may be inspected. Any item which does not meet the high quality standards of The Exchange will be returned.
